The adjustment came after a video review of the athletes’ performances, specifically targeting Walton’s execution during the 24.3 workout.

Walton, the Australian CrossFit competitor, was on the brink of clinching the first place in the women’s worldwide leaderboard with a great time of 9:32 for the 24.3 workout.

However, CrossFit’s final video review identified two repetitions where Walton’s feet exceeded the bar’s height in her bar muscle-ups, prompting a 10-second adjustment to her score. This revised score of 9:42 was enough to alter the leaderboard dynamics, enabling von Rohr to leapfrog into first place.
