Power Yoga

Intermediate/Advanced

A powerful, energetic 60-minute yoga practice. Attention will be focused on the breath, flow, abdominal lock, and building heat through this challenging practice, all while quieting the mind. Restorative poses at end the practice will help you leave feeling cleansed, relaxed, and focused.

Pilates Stick

All Levels

Pilates Stick is a dynamic workout that improves balance, muscle-tone and core strength. This 60-minute class offers 30+ unique exercises and is a perfect complement to traditional barre and pilates mat classes.

Strength Training

This 45-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

HIIT The Barre

This isn’t your average barre workout: cardio intervals combine with muscle-scuplting barre moves making it one of the best 45-minute workouts you can do, barre none. After the sweat, we’ll spend some time stretching.

All Levels

Barre is a total body workout that combines elements of traditional ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Designed to be “low impact,” the workout emphasizes neutral spinal alignment while utilizing small controlled movements, large functional movements and powerful holds to create strength and length in the body. This class is designed to challenge all ages and ability levels, whether you are an experienced athlete or just starting out.
