Cardio Dance

This explosive workout is all about the hottest, current dance moves choreographed to the hottest beats, with some Boot Camp exercises mixed in! Let go of all inhibitions and let the nightclub-like sounds move you.

Circuit Training

A total body workout where you’ll move through a series of “stations” featuring cardio, strength, plyometric and core exercise. This is fun, high-energy workout that will get you into shape fast!

HIIT Boot Camp

Intermediate/Advanced

“HIIT” (High Intensity Interval Training) Boot Camp is a 45-minute exercise strategy in which you alternate between periods of intense activity and periods of recovery in order to build strength, burn fat and improve cardiovascular endurance. You will use weight-bearing and resistance exercises to work major muscle groups. Get ready to sweat!

Tabata Boot Camp

“Tabata” Boot Camp is a 45-minute interval training workout that rotates between 20 seconds of high-intensity training (e.g. pushups, squats, burpees, dips, etc.) and 10 seconds of rest. Developed by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata, it’s efficient and satisfying way to build aerobic and anaerobic capacity and strength.
